As silicone surfactants for high resilience mold foam, it should have the three following requirements besides the universal properties of surfactants.

• In the process of foam production, there must be reasonable pressure in the mold for the convenience of demoulding and the safety of production equipment. And furthermore, foam products must be easily crashed by force or vacuum after demoulding. This requires that the silicone surfactants have good cell regulation and reasonable stability. The foam products not only have excellent surface and sub- surface, but also be easily demoded and crashed.
